Deliverables
As a product designer and front-end developer at Côté Nature, I was in charge of the company's rebranding. I updated the brand's visual identity to make it more appealing and in line with the company's values. This meant spreading the new brand look across different items to make sure it looked consistent and cohesive.
I was also involved in defining the physical customer journey in the stores. This meant designing and implementing effective point-of-sale displays (PLV) and various visual elements throughout the garden centers and pet stores. My goal was to create an engaging and intuitive shopping experience that guided customers effortlessly through the store, highlighting key products and promotions.
In addition to my work on the physical store environment, I was responsible for the UX/UI design of Côté Nature's website and internal tools. I created user-friendly interfaces that made the online experience better and matched the physical store environment. I also did front-end web development to improve the website's functionality and usability, so customers could find what they needed more easily.
I also designed physical products, including loyalty and gift cards, and managed the printing process to ensure high-quality production. These efforts contributed to a brand image that customers liked.
My work at Côté Nature helped the brand stand out online and in-store, which led to more customers engaging with us and being happy with their experience. The rebranding and visual improvements were key to making Côté Nature a top garden center in France.
